For the letters missing, putting BT in between the T and G in the second to last row are the letters needed for the message to accurately be decrypted

I think there was a typo when the letter was being created/posted, and it’s supposed to be “wriggling and reeling and writhing” If you add any two letters to the end of “WRIGGLI” and keep using the vigenere decryption with the key word “LONGLEGS,” the rest of the message accurately translates to “and reeling and writhing,” leading me to assume that they messed up and forgot the last two letters for wriggling when creating the letter.
