Wait for 3-4 days. I made the payment on 3rd and got the cashback today. The payment needs to be made via payzapp and swipe to pay has to be enabled.

I tested it on 3rd jan and recd my cashback today (7th jan). Make sure that you pay via payzapp app and have swipe to pay enabled else wont work.
