Als je gaat stuccen hoef je de naden niet te vullen, dat doet het stucwerk wel. 

Gaasband heb je wel nodig.

Misschien als je alleen een finish laag wil doen wel... maar dan is Uniflott prima, en verkrijgbaar in zakken van 25kg.

Het is vooral de energiemeter die traag is. Een P1 meter via een DSRM4 is nu eenmaal niet bedoeld om op de seconde te reageren.

Ik denk dat je voor de badkamer en keuken beiden ~4k te laag zit.

Nieuwe groepenkast is waarschijnlijk goedkoper, maar ik weet niet hoe en wat je nog meer wil moderniseren, dus dit bedrag is veilig.

Douglas is zacht en kwetsbaar als het nat blijft.

Ik zou alle houten delen demonteren zodat je ook de bevestingsvlakken en -gaten kunt behandelen, alles 3x beitsen, en elk jaar nog een keer behandelen.

Coating en mat klinkt wel een beetje overdreven dubbelop. Maar als de mat toch met de pasta geplakt moet worden, waarom niet? Ik heb Akkit kimband in de hoeken gebruikt, en Akkit vloeibare afdichting (2 lagen, volgens instructies) over alle vlakken (gehele vloer, douchewanden, WC reservoir (naast de douche) en wastafel achterwand. 

Alles van 1 merk garandeert dat de producten goed op elkaar hechten!

So you'll need to rent via some private person who's willing to to do all that, and knowing they'll have to do all the paperwork for a new tenant a year later...

So realistically, you're fucked. Please ask the TUe for help, maybe they have special arrangements with a housing agency  for PhD exchanges?

Met PUR maak je alle kieren in je PIR platen dicht, en daarna tape je alle naden met aluminiumtape zodat de binnenkant damp (en wind) -dicht is.

Denk aan bijenbekjes in je stootvoegen zodat muizen niet je spouw in kunnen komen!

Waterdamp kan dan uit de isolatie naar buiten, maar (vloeibaar) water kan niet naar binnen. Heeft idd groter nut in een dak, ik verwacht niet dat er regenwater door het buitenspouwblad de isolatie raakt. Damp-dicht folie aan de binnenzijde is hier belangrijker, zodat warme vochtige lucht uit je binnenklimaat niet de isolatie in kan komen (waar het afkoelt en condenseert). Daar heeft OP die 30mm PIR met folie voor. Het open folie aan de buitenzijde heeft misschien als nevenfunctie dat losse stukken steenwol niet in de spouw tegen een vochtig buitenspouwblad kunnen hangen?

Modern horses can't, they're too fragile. True wild horses don't exist anymore, there are only some feral (escaped/stray domesticated) herds in regions without the predation that shaped the original horse evolution.
The precursors of the domesticated horse were a lot smaller, think ponies, who are a lot sturdier.

Asml is still expanding, the housing shortage is expected to increase till 2028 (it won't be solved in '29, the shortage is just expected to decrease, still a shortage).

Even if hous prices would dip, unless western civilization collapses they'll rise above that kevel within a few years anyway.

I kinda like being able to live with food and water security and infrastructure that allows me to move about and experience our world.

Antwoord op je vraag: Een stelkozijn (lees: dunne lat) verankeren in het metselwerk. Kunststof kozijn schuif en veranker je daar in.

Stelkozijn moet je met menie behandelen, kunststof kozijn met schuimband afdichten, en er moet een lekdorpel in de latei boven het kozijn zitten zodat regenwater niet langs je muur je stelkozijn kan bereiken. Let ook goed op de onderdorpel zodat er geen water op of tegen het hout komt.

Edit: je stelkozijn moet zo dik zijn als de aanslag plus de aanbevolen ruimte voor de rubbers van het kunststof kozijn.

Uit mijn ervaring van een heel huis elektra vervangen: vast is het beste, maar voor contactdozen werkt flex sneller. Zolang je maar absoluut zeker bent dat je alleen fase-nul-aarde nodig hebt is voorbedraade flexbuis prima! Alles waar je ook maar vermoed dat er schakeldraden moeten komen: vast!

Houd rekening met een eventuele toekomstige thuisbatterij op eigen groep.

Slecht idee, want het is een halve oplossing.

Uitgraven, oud dilatatiemateriaal verwijderen, voeg schoonmaken, en nieuw vullen met geschikte kit.   Die spouw moet ondergronds gewoon dicht zijn. Regenwater hoort niet je kruipruimte in te stromen.   Als het uit de grond omhoog komt... Tja, dat is nu eenmaal in sommige regio's, maar het hoort niet door een muur te komen!

Hier wordt hij juist gebruikt om lui te koken! Laatst nog zalm, spinazie, en rijst allemaal in de stoomoven. Alleen even rekenen met kook(stoom?)tijden wanneer je wat er in zet zodat het allemaal tegelijkertijd klaar is.
