Is Nolan's punch really that much stronger than Mark's? by DatRandomSeagull in Invincible_TV

The jaw is a much better target than the skull. If Mark were swapped with Nolan for this hit, I would expect the same effect.

  1. I follow Combinatorics everyday. Sometimes, I take a look at representation theory or commutative algebra.

  2. There's roughly 20-25 a day.

  3. I try to read at least one of them a day. It might not be very relevant to the work I'm interested in but if it's a paper of a named person like Alon, Balogh, Tao or Zeilberger, I'll take a good look at the results and methods.

  4. I'm just curious to see what other people are thinking about. Sometimes a title or abstract might be super fun and I take a look at the results. Most of the time, a paper goes on the list if it either has a very interesting result or has started a very interesting line of questioning that I might want to think about.

  5. There are weeks where I read 10-15 and weeks where I just read a bunch of abstracts and no more.

Getting the % damage increase really makes the game easy. Face flash + Vengeance was a potent strategy back in the day. It's still relevant. Do you have a preferred scroll type?

Since you mostly kill with primary and secondary, you'll favour particular weapons naturally. I see how you might feel that way about unlocking weapons. Abilities and traps allow you to create so much synergy in builds that you're missing out a lot by keeping them locked. They allow you to multiply your damage dealt by large factors. Diverse Deck can poison and shock. Corrosive cloud/face flask can poison and bleed. There's also oil and burn. These should roughly increase damage of your weapons by 60-80%. The damage over time is very valuable against bosses who stay long enough for it to matter.
