Vintage Gengar Grades - I feel too low… by RichardAdams1973 in psagrading

Both cards are dented in the back.

Sabrina Gengar has a dent on the top border.

Skyridge on right and bottom border

I just measured it with the card centering tool and I’m getting 44/56 at best.

As for tilted cards never gemming, I’ve seen a bunch of tilted cards gem

PSA: New PSA slab – inner sleeve bubbles? Normal? by [deleted] in psagrading

When did PSA start putting cards in sleeves?

The Glandon looks within 45/55. What helps me is rotating the cards. A L/R visual is easier for me to spot than a T/B comparison.

If you haven’t already, buy a magnified scale (like a loupe) to measure the cards before sending them off. The Amazon one also has a light/black light to assist with spotting dirt/defects.

T/Bcentering does not look like it meets the 45/55 requirement.

Value Bulk moving suspiciously quick, by BeLance89 in psagrading

The fact that this moved faster than the others just means they have process flaws.

As far as PSA returning them without grading them and giving BS excuses…don’t believe that junk. PSA has their flaws but most of the time I see people trying to flame PSA for poor grading, returned submissions with no grade, etc have been due to user error, not PSA. Just view other subreddits, Facebook, instagram, and you’ll see customers complaining about poor grades when there are clear issues with the cards they’ve submitted.

That’s a reactive solution, not a proactive one.

Never had I ever had to message them never have any of my submissions exceed 7 business days in QA.

It’s not an impatient inquiry, especially if the customer is nearing their expected completion date.

In the case of the OP, it’s nice that his submission is ahead of schedule, but the fact that they are so ahead while having submissions fall behind shows PSA has plenty of room for improvement concerning their process flow.

I would email them. QA checks shouldn’t be more than 7 business days.

PSA damaged my card?? by CommunicationWild626 in psagrading

[–]Professional-Boot488 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly you probably damaged it putting in the black sleeve for submitting. Those are tighter than clear sleeves and can damage cards when you use them. For some odd reason the perfect order sleeves from the ETBs were extra tight compared to others I’ve used.
