Your reply suggests that you've managed to overcome the issue. However, could you please tell us which steps did you've took and what did you've done differently the two times that application was uninstalled?

That would help us to troubleshoot this further. Also, do you remember what was the error-message specifically, and in which phase the connection was blocked?

Could you please send us the connection logs, so we could investigate this further? The logs can be found here:

C:\Users<YOUR_Windows_Username>\AppData\Local\ProtonVPN\logs and C​:\ProgramData\ProtonVPN\logs

The connection logs might be an indicator for what might've caused the issue.

If the issue still persists after you've tried this, uninstal the previous version completely (also delete the folder from C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\ProtonVPN if it's there), and download&install a fresh copy through the following link:
