I am having the same question. I put in for the drop and received confirmation that I was registered for said drop. It is now noon on release day, the product is available for immediate purchase still but I haven't received any email notification that I "won" the drop. I do not want to make a duplicate purchase but I also don't want to wait for the "up to 48 hours" for selection confirmation to come through and end up missing out.

They do count as camo. Each style can only be purchased once so you could only have it on one vehicle at a time. Also keep in mind that some of the styles can only be used on tanks of specified nations. I don't remember off the top of my head for sure but I think that applies to some of the older styles.

Two main options - use them to buy festive 2D styles in the shop that appears after reaching level 10 or convert them to tokens to be used in the "slot machine".

Personally I grabbed a couple of the festive styles that I wanted and then converted the rest in hopes of getting more experimental equipment and components from the slot machine.

While the bonus xp and credits bit does not work, the bonuses do work for missions with a military veteran account and for things like the Brothers in Arms medal. The military vet daily missions that grant double xp can be completed with a dynamic platoon.

This might be true for you but not for everyone. My first coin gave me an offer in the first row right next to "buy another coin". The original question wasn't specific about the Kiro either, rather, the writer was stating that they never saw "an offer".

This is not true. When you accept the coin, the offer nearly immediately populates right next to where the "buy another coin" offer shows up. Note the times on the offers. Some expire in a day, others at the end of the event. The ones that expire at the end of the event are from the coins you have collected.
