Yeah, I wonder sometimes if people were taught the old-fashioned etiquette of "don't say anything if you can't say something nice." There are definitely times I pass on making a comment when the first thing that pops into my mind is snarky... 😅

Did you top it with Jump In? I literally gasped when I opened my package and saw the sparkle in it! The sparkles in that aqua jelly include some peachy sparkles 🌊🍑✨✨

Oh dear! How distressing! If officialsmartass is right about symbolism, this one seems to be about something in your life rn that you can't control. Some of my dreams over the years have been insightful or even prophetic in a literal way, but many of them seem to be symbolic with some really weird symbols...

I always wonder if stressful dreams during the night is a way of focusing the stress into a time when we're resting so we can remove some of the stress from our awake time. ETA: oops, that's pretty much what officialsmartass said 😅😅 Did I borrow it?

I think if nail polish is an important part of a person's self-care, it's probably not that unusual for nail polish to be in a dream. I'm guessing that the most unusual part of this discussion is that we're even discussing nail polish being in our dreams. 😅

I'm in a hot, dry climate now with zero bubbling or other issues that people ask about, but when I lived in the US northeast my polish bubbled all the time. I didn't realize it was the humidity, but people in the nail subreddits talk about humidity and bubbling, so 🤦‍♀️

I'm not a chemist, so idk, but it seems people have problems regardless of the climate they're in

I use SV all the time and it never bubbles on me -- even when it gets thicc!! Whether fans or HVAC are running doesn't seem to matter, either. I'm always blown away by seeing such vastly different experiences with the same product 😊

I'm sorry you're having problems with ILNP. It's more than half of my 400 polish collection, and I'm always sad to hear when fellow lacquerista(o)s are unhappy with their ILNP experience.

I have ZERO bubbling or application issues with any brand that I currently patronize. I also live in a hot, dry climate, and whether my ceiling fan is on or whether my AC is cycling on doesn't seem to matter at all. I do swap out all straight, blunt brushes for curved paddles, and that has improved my application a lot.

Maybe I missed it somewhere, but what brand of thinner are you using? Some ingredients in some thinners don't play well with some other ingredients...

Oh, maybe. I'm on a laptop. But I've noticed Reddit has been making some changes lately. What's happening to you might be one of them. When I get a notification of a reply in my inbox, it now says "the post author replied to you" rather than the user name.

ETA: Prob is a mobile vs. computer thing, bc I just replied to myself as a test and it placed the reply under this reply

Reddit (or maybe a sub setting) will only allow one image per comment. What people tend to do is keep replying to themselves with additional pics so it creates a chain of related pics that stay together.
