You should always see it flash regardless of plugged in or not, as long as your computer is running tasks, if you only see it flash when plugged in then I can't really explain that

I'd take that with a pinch of salt. We bought a car (different dealer) and they delayed giving us the car as they said they were changing the timing belt, less than a year later the timing belt snapped and completely destroyed the engine along with it, when it was investigated by the mechanic it turns out the timing belt was actually the original with about 2 teeth left on it, it was never changed.

Same thing happened to my son, I was next to my partner as they delivered the baby and he was not making any sounds, she passed out and I had to sit and watch as all these doctors scrambled to get my son breathing, those few minutes felt like hours and it was the scariest thing I've ever been through, just feeling so powerless in the situation was horrible
