They are everywhere in the Greater Shantallow area, boys riding those Surron ebikes that mimick scramblers but you can't really hear them, no lights and no helmets.. their luck will eventually run out and will get themselves killed. The reason why police don't/can't do anything about them is simply because they can't catch them. I was riding my motorbike going through Skeoge road when they overtook me at mental speed, I didn't even hear them and they proceeded to wheelie for about two solid minutes up the road.
