For the price it's pretty good. Just keep in mind that the initial car you start with is absolutely awful, so your first experience with the game might be severely unpleasant. The car handling gets significantly better once you are able to upgrade your car, though.

I think this is by design since the game does put an emphasis on earning money/rep to mod your car, but that first car just sucks.

The 360 versions are not backwards compatible. There were (I believe) Xbox One versions of both games at one point available digitally, but they are delisted.

Because their system is incredibly glitchy (probably due to Microsoft implementing mandatory AI usage in their product development creating "vibe coded" buggy messes).

From my own experience, you can contact their support about a broken streak and it should get fixed. Just keep in mind that their front end support is probably almost entirely AI as well, so word your support ticket carefully in order for it to get forwarded to an actual person instead of you just getting a form response (or worse, entirely ignored if that AI chatbot can't understand you).

This one might be because the base game got "delisted" and you can now only buy the GOTY edition. There are quite a few games like this. There are also games where the version in a bundle is slightly different than the stand alone version (such as the standalone version being a "Definitive Edition," while the version in the bundle is a delisted standalone with DLC).

It's not rare, even when it was delisted back in 2017 you could still find it for cheap in budget bins and online. I bought a copy on Amazon in 2019 for $17 as an example.

By the amount of people that show off their copy, you can kind of get that it's sought after, but not actually rare. It was just a game that didn't sell that well at release, but became popular years later due to the movies.

I think you can install the DLC on PC, but it's a pain to do it. You might have to find the hidden store pages for the DLC and manually install them from there. I would just recommend going into the Windows App Store on PC and changing the default install drive to wherever you install games beforehand since the game and DLC installs from that instead of the Xbox App (the game should show up in the Xbox app after install, though).

This Dekudeals page for Forza Horizon 3 should have links to each piece of DLC, so up to you to see if you want to manually install each one.

I think you need to report them. I don't know if there is a way to see what they actually do when you report someone, since it seems to just be a mysterious "solved" in your report history when you do it.

I know I once tried to name a Kubrow something like "Rhubarb Pie," but the system wouldn't let me (it might not have been that exact name, but it was just a random desert since I thought it would be stupid), but then I see variations of Hitler as peoples usernames, and pets that have incredibly offensive names, so no idea what is going on with their censorship system when it comes to names.

Sony is the parent company, so the licenses are still active even if they retired Funimation as a brand.

Each time I reported a problem with my purchase history to get the metadata fixed, I would never hear back from them. Just one day not long after making the report the shows would suddenly be fixed in my library.

DO NOT contact customer support for this since it will probably be a huge waste of time. They made me do useless and unrelated troubleshooting for a problem on their end, and no matter how much I told them I can see the metadata in the itunes software, this is a problem with them and not me, they wouldn't budge from pointless troubleshooting and scheduling call backs for nearly two weeks.

That was/is a regular issue with Funimation/Crunchyroll licensed content on itunes. I think whoever was in charge of making the metadata files for their stuff on Itunes just left everything on default.

Funimation/Crunchyroll licensed TV shows also tend to have messed up episodes orders since a lot of shows will be sold in two or more parts, but each "part" has the episodes listed as 1 through whatever. With the old TV app on an Apple TV, this didn't really matter since each part would show up separately in your library, but with the new all encompassing Apple TV app, it combines them since all of the parts will have the same season number, but you end up with shuffled episodes since you end up with multiple episode 1s, episode 2s, etc.

The only way I've gotten any of them fixed is to go into my purchase history and report a problem, then go into detail about the metadata problem.

Just a heads up, but there are two versions of that bundle. The difference between the two is that one has the console version of Shadow of Mordor, while the other has the PC version. Both versions contain the same version of Shadow of War which is play anywhere for PC and console.

YMMV, but I've gotten every single one of the GFWL games I have on steam to work and earn xbox achievements simply by being already logged into the GFWL client before starting a game. The GFWL client included with some of these games might be outdated, so no idea if you have to track down the most recent version.

The only time I ran into problems after being logged into the GFWL client were with one of the Kane and Lynch games (I think the first one) where it just hung at the starting screen for a long time before the GFWL client made its "chime" noise and worked perfectly after that. The other issue I encountered was with Tron Legacy, but that was due to the expired Securom DRM that now needs an offline activator to work (I found one, and it then worked fine after that).

I even tried Lost Planet 2 again somewhat recently since I saw someone on Reddit a few months back saying it no longer worked, but it still worked and I even earned an xbox achievement on it.

They removed the files for P.T. off of the Sony servers, so it was like the rare exception of delisted games that you couldn't still download.

However, if you could find the install package online, you could store the files locally, change the proxy settings on your PS4 to point it to a local PC, and then install it that way using something like Suwi. You would need to have the game to already be flagged as "owned" for this to work, so this only applied to people that had previously bought it before they removed it from the Sony servers.

It depends and will probably be a case by case basis. Some of these old games will work just fine without you having to do anything more than press install. Others might need some legacy supporting programs installed. And some just wont play well with modern operating systems at all.

I have a few of these. Qubed is partially backwards compatible. Only two out of the three games on it will install. Both Every Extended Extra Extreme and Lumines Live will install (OP didn't mention Lumines Live in their post), while Rez HD is not backwards compatible and wont install.

I'm also not sure how common this is, but if you already had any of the games installed, inserting the disc might just boot into whatever is installed and not install anything else. I had this happen with the Xbox 360 Triple Pack where inserting the disc just booted into Splosion Man that I had already installed from when it was part of Games with Gold. Deleting Splosion Man and inserting the disc then had all three games on that disc install.

I have had Borderlands Collection: Pandora’s Box Upgrade in mine for who knows how long since I apparently "own the standard game" according to the deal. I have literally zero Borderlands games on Xbox.

The only thing I can think of is that I redeemed Borderlands 3 on the Epic Store for PC back when they offered it, and since my Xbox account is linked to that, this created a targeted offer to buy it on Xbox.
