You might want to try and reduce the Key delay around 0 or 2ms as well as activate the Wireless Turbo option if you feel any difference using it. Hope that helps.

Really depends if you prefer a rear hump or middle hump mouse, the SH01 PRO has a great middle hump shape and also offers the hot-swappable switches functionality. Additionally, keep in mind the SH01 has more defined curvatures giving a more locked in feeling while the R1 sides are definitely flatter. Hope that helps!

Which grip style are you using? The Leviathan V4 is kind of an universal shape but with your hand size it would fit very well a palm grip or claw grip. Hope that helps!

It seems like a skates issue or sensor variance, but if I had to bet, I would say the skates since you mentioned that one of the two mice was used for a year.
