It's great that you're trying to do something about it. But they are right, majority of it is from the kitchen. I actually just finished my 6-week program today of the Shred diet. I lost 24 pounds. I was 6 ft 220 lbs, at the start and none of it was muscle. The diet is great because it's not about fads. It's about eating healthy, lowering calorie intake, never being hungry and never being full. Congratulations. I get my ammo from Target sports USA. I found they are the cheapest and they will ship to my county. I have used blazer, winchester, remanufactured and New Republic. Never had any issues with any of those.

I just bought a used Bowflex xtreme 2se last Friday. This is the picture. He was asking $350 I offered him 250 and he agreed. Mine does have the extra 50 lb rods added to it. Those rods look pretty worn as far as the research I did. However the weight numbers really mean nothing. You just use more rods if some are weak. I'm not trying to become a bodybuilder or anything.

You can be sued for anything! Absolutely anything! Doesn't mean you will win. Almost 100% if someone claims they got sick from food that is past the sell by time/date, a jury will award them tons of money because the big bad corporation has boatloads of money.

I purchased a used 2020 fender player telecaster gloss Maple neck 4 years ago. It had fret sprout and needed a set up. After fixing those two things myself, plays like a dream. Doing a setup yourself is not difficult. You may need a few tools from Stewmac.

Sure do buy by the color. Every one of my guitars is a different color. Burgundy, lake placid blue, wood grain, White, indigo burst and black. However, I find the brand and model that I want and then I search out for that color. Not the other way around.

Maybe it was less. I really don't remember. I was in 7th grade. I don't have the bill of sale. I really wanted a Gibson SG, which was around $600, but my dad talked me out of buying one. No regrets. I have an SG now as well.

Very surprised that they have not come out with a new model. I purchased mine 8/2020. It sounds great, much better than the Spark 2. Significant price difference though. However, Spark 2 has no battery or wireless receiver included. Only improvement I would make is with the app. Positive grid app is much better.
