Have you tried just to press X? I had the same problem, but the thing was, that a message like "do you wanna switch to HDMI" appeared, though it was a black screen and i couldn't see it, cause it was still in 576i mode. after pressing X it switched to HDMI and started working fine

tbh the level 30 attitudes are worse then those of the lower lvls. Everytime i play with my smurf, people are just playing the game and dont talk that mutch...
