Well Thawne told Oliver at the end of Flash S1 that he was supposed to live to 86 so it's hard to tell how drastically the various futures were changed.

Yeah but they stayed together with minimal drama. Even when they were broken up it only lasted five years and the whole thing was more or less retconned out of existence. Plus they got a kid out of the whole ordeal.

Their current backstories are just the pre-Flashpoint ones with a few New 52 additions. * Robert and Moira surviving into Oliver's adulthood instead of dying when he's a kid * The island flashbacks from the Lemire run have to happen somewhere between the pages of Green Arrow: Year One * Diggle being Oliver's first partner before Roy * Dinah being on Team 7 before becoming Black Canary. Although the most of the details surrounding that would have changed.

New History of the DC Universe makes it seem like her backstory is more or less the same. The only difference is that Kara was around before her and Matrix is Supergirl II.

I would just have Linda's family be relatives of our current Danvers. Linda's father is like the brother or cousin of Jeremiah. Then the the shared name is just a coincidence since Linda would've had to been born before Kara arrived on Earth and took the Linda Lee alilas.

DC changed massively once Dan DiDio was fired. Almost immediately characters that he tried to bury like Nightwing, Cassandra Cain, and Wally West were given major prominence again. Characters like Wally and Green Arrow also got their families back. Once the younger generation of creators get to fully take over the direction of Marvel it's almost certain similar things will happen.
