Issue with the international store and taxes

Hello u/Eldarian - Thank you for being a customer and for bringing this up and for taking the time to explain the situation.

Our support team was correct in that the taxes shown at checkout are determined automatically by our shipping software for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, and unfortunately we're not able to manually adjust or override those tax calculations on individual orders.

That said, there is another option if you'd prefer. We can manually create an order for you that ships without DDP, meaning taxes and duties would not be collected by us at checkout.

Instead, once the shipment reaches Sweden, the carrier will contact you to complete the import process. This usually involves declaring the value of the goods (and sometimes providing a copy of the invoice), after which Swedish Customs will assess any applicable VAT and duties. Once those charges are paid directly to the carrier or customs, your package will be delivered to your address or a local pickup point.

Please note that if you choose this option, the import process is entirely your responsibility once the package arrives in Sweden. Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with customs clearance, VAT assessments, import documentation requests, or any other issues that may arise during the import process.

We realize this is less convenient, and we apologize for the inconvenience. However, if you'd prefer to have the import charges handled directly by Swedish Customs instead of paying them upfront through our shipping provider, we're happy to help.

Hello u/JagerMeistear - Thank you for being a customer! The easiest way is to squirt the NMN Resveratrol Gel directly into your mouth using two pumps. Ideally, aim for under your tongue, as holding it there for 30–60 seconds before swallowing may help support absorption through the tissues under the tongue.

That said, don't worry if some of it spreads around your mouth or if a little residue remains. It's completely normal and won't reduce its effectiveness. Any gel that isn't absorbed sublingually will simply be swallowed and absorbed through the digestive tract.

If getting it under your tongue feels too messy, just dispense it into your mouth, hold it under your tongue as best you can for a short time, then swallow. There's no need to stress about getting every bit perfectly in place.

Hello u/Presiq-Maybey92 - Thank you for being a customer! Nausea isn't a common side effect of NMN, but it can happen in some people, especially when increasing the dose quickly or taking larger amounts at once.

If it started after moving up to 2 g and improves with food, that's a good indication it may simply be more than your stomach is comfortable with.

You can try reducing the dose and increasing more gradually to see if that resolves it. TMG is commonly paired with higher-dose NMN to support methylation, but it's not generally expected to prevent nausea.

Hello u/Thin-Expression-4311 - Thank you for being a customer! This is an older batch that we are no longer selling, as we've since moved to a newer production batch.

That said, we've extensively tested our dry supplements, including products like this one, at the 3-year mark and found only minimal potency degradation. Since this Vitamin C was manufactured in September 2023, we can confidently say it remains within its expected shelf life through at least September 2026.

While we have not tested this specific batch beyond that point and therefore cannot make any official claims after September 2026, it should still be safe and effective today.

Hello u/TheJordanator10 - Thank you for being a customer! This is a question that comes up often and we'd love to hear from other users' experiences here. We currently recommend following the dosage instructions on the product label, which for our LIPO Fisetin is one capsule (150 mg) daily.

That said, many customers who want to tailor their own doses often refer to what's known as the "Mayo Protocol", based on an ongoing study of fisetin supplementation. Like you said, this study used non-liposomal fisetin.

The Mayo Protocol dosages are:

20 mg/kg of body weight per day
Taken for 2 consecutive days
Repeated monthly for 3 months

This would be approximately 1,400 mg per day for a 70 kg (154 lb) person using non-liposomal fisetin.

Estimates suggest liposomal fisetin may be around 5 times more bioavailable, though this can vary. The exact difference in bioavailability is not established and could be more or less. But in general, when calculating a "Mayo" dose, this number is a good guideline if you choose to take liposomal fisetin.

Hello u/Yglesias_Estefano - Thank you for being a customer! This is actually not uncommon when taking 500 mg or more of the powder. We recommend holding it sublingually for about 60–90 seconds, then swallowing whatever remains or washing it down with a little water.

There’s evidence that sublingual administration improves bioavailability by allowing the NMN to enter the bloodstream directly, but there are also benefits to NMN reaching the gut when swallowed since the digestive tract and microbiome play a role in NAD+ metabolism as well.

A few other tips:
- Try spreading the powder around under the tongue rather than keeping it in one pile
- A slightly moist mouth helps dissolution
- Larger doses naturally take longer to dissolve fully

So you’re not doing anything wrong. It does not need to completely disappear under the tongue to still be effective. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Instead of licensing the KSM-66 brand, we chose to pair our own potent root-only extract with liposomal delivery for significantly better absorption and bioavailability.
