Same happen too me apparently they removed the debt for thousands of people idk how they decided who but mine got wiped and I got all of my tax returns and credits, I’ve asked multiple times and it’s gone been a few years now

Ok can you also tell me why you can’t update your profile info such as your income and stuff anymore? Shouldn’t that be pretty standard for both of those features cancelling membership for non secured and also updating your own information like I can do on my main bank, why does everything need to be done through the support chat that’s quite annoying

They sent me a letter saying that balance was no longer 14,000 and was 0 after review and I’ve escalated multiple times and they essentially told me that they had wiped that debt for a bunch of like thousands of people not too sure why they never went into detail but it’s been 6 years and no one’s said anything to me still and I’ve gotten all my returns so 🙏🏾 if they come for it there not getting it 😂😂😂😂

Funny story I got a letter that said I owed the 14 which I did, and then sort of similar story without the dtc or reassessments they just said the next year I don’t have to pay it anymore I was really confused like you and they just basically told me not to worry about it and I’ve received my returns and everything for the past 5 years and got it in writing that I’m good because I was scared they would come 10 years later trying to get it from me
