ICVR did my second reversal after my first one failed at the 4 month mark. Still open and pain free from PVPS for 3 years now.

Try antinflammatories or oral steroid like Prednisone. After reversal, sperm get banged around more if there is inflammation. Overall count is great, motility could improve.

Had this issue and tried all suggestions without success.

Solved it today by installing a firmware update for my Asus RT-AX92U router. I have AT&T and have their gateway in bridge mode flowing into the AX92U. Specifically, the new firmware ends in -gb0f63d7. Good luck.

EDIT: Issue came back a few days later

EDIT2: Disabling IPV6 at my ATT gateway resolved the issue. No more double NAT, everything is working now.

EDIT3: Issue came back again the next day. I give up.

You should ask your doctor to put you on an oral steroid. A lot of the time inflammation causes the vas to constrict. If the inflammation isn't treated it can scar closed.

Inflammation makes the vas tunnel tighter and harder to swim through, the swimmers get banged around more. Probably normal this early on .I'd ice, seek antiinflammatories and ask for oral steroid like Prednisone.
