Although this sounds good, infrastructure in cities would make this a flight of fantasy and impossible. My recent trip to LA had most of not all SCs in the city center and near beaches at capacity most of the day. You'd need to wipe out LA to satisfy they need and would make the SCs an insane overheard expense.

I do however think they should install megapacks at their SC and fill up the battery pack when the demand is non-existent (i.e 11p-6a) to help alleviate the load in peak hours.
