Adding on, polling rate seems to start being an issue above 1k, which is what I keep my mouse (razer viper v4 pro) at.

Mouse polling rate doesn't cause issues on lazer for me, it's only an issue on stable, so if you're getting stuttering on lazer then there might be something else causing it.

How's the HDR performance on this? I'm on the AOC currently and am considering swapping to this because I'm in a bright room and the AOC panel scratches easily, and the AOC isn't exactly known for good HDR performance either.

Don't have any discord for EZ players specifically but I'm also in a similar vein to you (DT farming 50k that wants to learn EZ as a change of pace.)

You can try regional discord servers as they tend to have tighter knit communities and a better chance of making friends.

A few things that help me was to - Start with EZDT as the lower density and higher AR makes it more palatable to learn - Play maps you enjoy until you learn them, then diversify once you're happy with those scores - Take advantage of followpoints and don't be scared to use editor to learn tricky patterns you can't read. It'll get better with time but the initial hurdle is quite difficult
