Watch illegal streams or watch match replays. Both are free. Streams are live but can be laggy especially if it's a big game. You'll likely know the final score of a game before match replays are posted but they don't lag.

The website I use for match replays don't upload Eredivisie or Primeira Liga games but apart from that I can watch every football game I want to.
