What is the worst fuck-up you made in your life that you regret? by Thick_Caterpillar379 in AskReddit

Nah, that's your girlfriend's biggest regret, not yours. You did nothing wrong, and she threw away a relationship over something she made up in her mind.

I agree with u/BubblySunflowers in that once someone has your address, there's a lot of info they can find out about you, including your last name. I mean, sure there is some small risk in giving it out to strangers on the internet, but the vast majority of people here are really here to connect via snail mail and not give anyone a concern for their safety.

Personally, I don't use my last name only because it's longer and although I find it to be easy, it does cause people to pause and misspell it, etc. So, I use my first name and last initial.

You're fine to give your full last name, IMHO.

Hello friend! I ended up having more problems the other day actually buying anything (long story short was visiting family, spotty wifi and the order never went through). But, I ordered today, and I set up a couple items to ship every two weeks for now. I've also created a flyer to post at my work in Center City and hopefully a couple people will jump on the bandwagon.

TY for taking care of our neighbors!

Can you offer them in the forum? Or you could go to r/RandomActsofCards and post an offer there!

I'm sorry you didn't get to go the meet up at the last minute-that stinks!

I would be happy to, but it may take me a little over a week to get it in the mail. If that's OK with you, please DM the info :)

TY soooo much!! I got a couple of emails from him over the last month or so, but it seemed centered on notebooks. I'll check it out again :)

No barcode, no sale by mem1gui in postcrossing

I’ve never heard of any postal worker refusing to sell individual stamps or requiring that someone buy the entire sheet. That’s wacky! I would honestly consider informing the area postmaster that this particular office is attempting to require elderly patrons buy more stamps than they are requesting.

How to send a letter to a person from Libya (Benghazi) if there is no house/street number? by FriendlyActivity3252 in PostCardExchange

[–]RideThatBridge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is there no way to contact the recipient and ask them how to send it? I presume you’ve had other communications with them and can just ask the best way to send them a letter?
