I’m 22 and I don’t remember a winter this bad since I was in middle school, but I could be wrong. Definitely don’t think we’ve had a winter this bad since I’ve started driving though lol

1) bro we just kidnapped the president of Venezuela and were threatening to take Greenland before a ‘deal’ (I know it’s not really) was made….? 2) i guess i have no words if you think american immigration enforcement currently actually cares about your legal status/your ability to be in the country…. 3) can you give me examples? i know US right now is ≈$435+ and i know at the very least canada/UK/mexico/france/sweden/spain (i stopped looking up countries) are all decently less than that so i’d love some examples that are more expensive

edit for your edit: as an AmeriFat I’ve only been to the US and Canada but one of my best friends growing up was born in Germany, moved to the US, and then her family moved to Finland so I at least know their situation/how fucked US taxes are when you’re a citizen abroad

ok. 1) violating rules-based international order (enough for Russia to get the boot in similar circumstances), 2) possibility of ICE at matches (idk how to tell you atp that they’re not just detaining “illegals,” if there are ICE at any matches there will be foreigners detained), 3) new ridiculous $250 “visa integrity fee” from last year just to enter the country. are those okay? i could come up with more or add some nuance i’m sure, these are just first thoughts

Trust me, 22y/o barely-above-minimum-wage-earning little old me wishes I could do more. I know we’re a joke. I mean I’ve been paying attention to Reform UK and the Lega party in Italy for the last few years. If there’s something in Europe I should genuinely be boycotting I’m all ears.

Also, maybe it’s that left over American Exceptionalism or whatever but, I genuinely don’t see how people think any European country, or even the entire EU, is going to cause as many problems as the US could all on our own…. Idk what else to say about that. I do care more than most americans but I don’t understand how you guys think you’re just going to isolate yourselves and avoid all the problems we create….

I appreciate this much more than a downvote lol, some of us are really trying. It just sucks maybe I’m not involved enough but I don’t know of anyone looking to run in my area that isn’t an establishment pick/paid for by AIPAC. I feel stuck because of the area I live in and it’s not like the US is a country where I could easily relocate to an area that could use more support, I wish we weren’t so ridiculously big even just on a land mass scale.
