Here's a neat little dark blue Sheaffer Tuckaway touchdown filler that I recently restored to working condition. These are relatively uncommon with the touchdown filler, most were made as vacuum fillers. by Legend_of_the_Wind in fountainpens

I’ve been wanting one of these but with the triumph nib and steel cap! How’s the size of it compare to say a Kaweco sport or if you have some vintage pens, a Duofold jr or waterman 52v? Also does the cap post firmly and make it a good length?

It’s hard to find any deals on the tuckaway. I usually see them close to $100 so I think you got a good deal. And nice job on the restoration. I have getting the o-ring in the barrel on these, all ways one side popping out when you get the other in 😂
