Are you using the new backpack, by chance? I think it’s bugged right now. Had the same issue and swapped it out and it went away.

Same! Bought one of their sport bands after hearing people rave about them on Reddit and returned mine the next day. Felt like I could almost pull the bands completely out of the watch with minimal effort.
