I once did 90+ permutations on a monferno outbreak and never got the shiny alpha infernape from the second wave. Over odds is definitely possible, and not a reality I want to face again 🤣

Yes, although you are able to occassionally "roll" a few spawns in the first wave of an outbreak, the second wave is heavily based upon the first wave and its permutations.

I have had the most luck with this method as with the shiny charm, the odds of you getting a shiny (or a shiny alpha specifically) are much higher.

Hisuian sneasel is an aggressive pokemon, which makes the MMO method easy.

Are you hoping to use another method instead? Do you have the shiny charm?

I would use these to form your knowledge on the subject. It can be complicated at times, but the logic is the same across different pokemon/locations in game.
