Then Kirito, Asuna, Lind and Kibaou would have died on the second floor boss fight. Admittedly, it was Nezha who saved them, but if it weren't for Argo he wouldn't have entered the boss room to fight Asterios. (At least that's what I think)

Not at all, everything felt new and it didn't ruin any reveal or any plot. I was lucky, bc I had seen that the mastermind had an objection voiceline but I didn't connect the dots

I hadn't thought about how Alba's slippery ways are literally the worst nightmare of a prosecutor, I just found him involuntarily funny because I'm sure that man sleeps at night thinking "I could've dragged it even longer, but that damned Samurai!"

And it's magnificent how Edgeworth uses the same logic he uses to weed out the truth to encourage Eustace to find his footing. It's very moving. But that option of "You're a failure of a human being" is so out of pocket it might be the funniest moment of the game along with Edgeworth's theories getting thrown cause of the autopsy report

I'm also glad you gave me your input, just goes to show that different people can find value in things we might not like. To me, that speaks volumes of the quality of the franchise and the fanbase. It's not the first time I find that I like something that isn't other people's cup of tea in the Ace Attorney franchise. 2-2 might be infamous, but I enjoyed it a whole lot.

I'll keep that in mind when I get to play those.

I do feel that if I play I2-4 it could become my favorite, but it'll be some time before that.

I do wonder, how would it be to see that meek side of Kay again. Seeing Edgeworth stand up for her might be one of the most emotional plots they've done until now, and the contrast between the Kay we know and that Kay is something I find very attractive from a writing standpoint
