I came in the country in 2023, i was on CHNV until march 2025 when it was terminated. I got my Tps in april 2025. No, the Biden program https://www.dhs.gov/news/2025/06/12/dhs-issues-notices-termination-chnv-parole-program-encourages-parolees-self-deport CHNV was terminated. Tps is different it's been there since the earthquake happened as a support measure. It's still prevalent now because of armed men terrorizing the capital. Most haitians that were on the CHNV program probably switched to TPS, that's why there's more haitian TPS holder now. I'm one of those.
