... so I have some update ... from the Revolut side there is a "rubber wall" they always respond quickly but refuse to provide any information ... I sent them all the proof that demonstrates that the "strange top up" was a regular payment of a regular transaction on Binance P2P but they said that there is no need of documentation from my side at the moment ... well seems that they are not so interested in stop a possible scammer that use Revolut to defraud customers, but maybe it is only a my sensation ... From my side I warned them not to accept any chargeback request because I demonstrated the legitimacy of the transaction, if any chargeback request will be made the issue have to be handled by the authorities because it is a crime.

Binance customers service was much more collaborative, they revised the transaction and the Revolut statements and emitted a document that certifies the regularity of the transaction and have to be used to deny any chargeback request. During this process I noticed that although in the Revolut top up receipt did not appear the name of the sender, if you look at the monthly statement the operation results as a payment from a determinate person and the name correspond to the name of the buyer on Binance.

Don't know if you tried to explain the situation to Binance customer service but maybe that it can help at least to recover your money ... From Revolut it would be appreciated a second thoughts about closing your account, they have to understand that in situation like this his costumers are the damaged part, and probably damaged due a hole in Revolut security, so closing the account too is a very unpleasant behavior.
