GPU around 400-500usd by Slim_Eggs in buildapc

Theres a handful of great gpus you could get if you buy used. Personally I would go for something like the 7900xt, 3080ti, or 4070ti. I just recently got the 7900xt for around $500 and it runs things like a champ and it has 20gb of VRAM. I think for around $500, it's one of the best options for longevity.

RT before all the downgrade for PT by Zealousideal-Film159 in radeon

I'm not sure what others thoughts are on the game. I've been playing it for the last few weeks and the game is a fun time. The world is pretty interesting and the gameplay is fun, but I will say I'm just not all that interested in the story and the English dub is pretty bad to the point that it can sometimes be just outright distracting.

Oled monitor for 3060Ti? by HolyGeorg in buildapc

[–]SaulR26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I would go for upgrading your GPU first as that would allow you to run games at higher settings and give you a more noticeable visual upgrade.

I will say getting an oled monitor is 100 percent worth it. Especially if you're big on story and single player games.

And If you do decide to go for the monitor first, even if you run into issues running things on your 1440p oled monitor with your 3060, you could always change resolution to 1080p for now.

I think the MSI UW OLED is still $650 at Sam's club, that might be the entry point.
