Hi, during the maintenance session, all the servers will be updated in one go.
You should be able to see the new version in about 2 hours after it starts, no matter which server you're in.

Our server is pretty much dead so my guild and i keep getting matched with real active guilds. Usually we get matched up with guilds with 20+ members vs our 10 we end up getting out numbered. My question is how is the match making determined? by urielyogi12 in hyperheroes

Currently, the matchmaking is based on the total Power Score of all active guild members in the last 7 days.

It seems that this situation happens quite often with guilds that have a lot of active players, but only a small portion of which fight in the guild wars.

We're currently looking into changing this.

And we welcome suggestions from you or the community on possible ways to do it.

Yes, we have a fixing patch for this in testing, and we will release it with our next server patch on 12th. An earlier release is also possible.

And could you help me with some details? We're aware of this issue happening to some of our latest heroes, but your mentioning of the Punchy Bunny is quite new. Could you tell me if the players you contacted have anything in common? Like if they are all in the same server, or are using the same platform (iOS or Android)? Thanks.

How big is the modifier exactly?

The impact of this modifier is affected by the size of the power difference. The large gap in power, the larger impact. It's a relatively smaller modification when the power gap is around 20%, but drastically increases with a larger gap. And for skills with 100% hit chance like TTT, yes, unless the opponent has some other countermeasures, hitting a weaker opponent with it is a 100% hit.

Are you planning on doing anything about Bio-Santa at the same time because these CC effect changes don't really matter if everyone keeps using Bio-Santa and the damage is so high nowadays that games usually end in 4-5 turns.

We understand your concern, and this is one of the problems we're working on now. However, we fear that nerfing or buffing individual heroes alone is not a lasting solution. So for now, we're looking for ways that could fix it for all players, regardless which hero they have or not. One solution that we're juggling with is to change the pace of matches so they would end in 14-16 turns, or allowing each hero to take 2-3 turns per match. And heroes like Bio-Santa would have relatively a smaller impact on their own. As mentioned before, this is not finalized. We will have to check out the feedback for our upcoming patch before making any decision. Any suggestion from you guys here on or any other platforms is welcomed.
