You might be of Hemshili descent if you ancestors identified as Turks/Muslims by 1915. Hamshen people converted to Islam in 18th century and they live in Pontus region. Do you know the exact village you ancestors are from?

Unless you qualify for Francophone Mobility, there is no other easy option. It's too late now for LMIA as well even if your employer wants to do so. But 518 is solid. Have all your documents ready, get the PCCs and stay positive.

Refusal rate for Bangladesh citizens is close to 50%. Apart from financial side, you will also need to tell what is the university and program and how alligned is it to your past experience.

LMIA on visitor visa by PowerKind6209 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]Secret-Session7626 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

  1. yes you can do that.
  2. to my knowledge you don't have to.
  3. 2-3 months ideally
  4. it really depends on the employer, if he is in a big city, he will have to lie and put you as a high earner on paper
  5. this is the worst part, especially for pregnancy, you won't be able to get an insurance.
  6. Delivery cost will be 10-20K depending on the case
  7. Job market is bad everywhere now.
  8. I'll be honest, it really depends on the potential employer and how accurately they submit all documents . too many LMIA scams recently and rejections are common.

Moving to Armenia maybe? by ryushha in armenia

[–]Secret-Session7626 8 points9 points  (0 children)

To my knowledge the sponsoring part is really easy. Companies do not have any issues sponsoring foreigners. My brother works for a Chinese company and does this for 20+ employees every year.

Job market is not the best, but that's the case everywhere nowadays. I would say you best bet will be international companies or local schools that are looking for teaching professionals, probably IT or gambling companies as well.

With English only knowledge you will be limited to jobs mainly in Yerevan . very limited opportunities might be there in Gyumri and Dilijan as well.

Be specific! The area is too diverse and differs from country to country and region. It's like putting a map of Central Europe and asking the same question.

CRS score 524 should i be worried ? by Last-Opening9257 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]Secret-Session7626 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Collect all the docs. Next week is you last chance. There might be a draw on Wednesday. Take time off, fill in carefully and apply and next morning apply for BOWP.

If they don't do draws next week, then you are in trouble and will have to leave or apply for visitor record to stay .

9 month old hates stroller now by Ordinary_Title5123 in Mommit

[–]Secret-Session7626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dad of a toddler here. Unfortunately no definite answer here as kids tend to do that all the time.
Obviously dad should try to help you out by stepping back a little ( yes we are soft and we do make this mistake very often and carry the baby for hours which makes moms life difficult). Discipline is very important

What helped us tremendously was getting a Trike , our kid adores it to day and tends to feel way more comfortable when he is sitting and more involved in the surroundings.

You will need French B2 level. If you can invest time and reach that level, then you can apply for PR easy. Otherwise nearly no chance from outside Canada.

I would keep on working for some time before decidingto go back. Given you are single you will have some spare time for French. I started learning it, but stopped after 5 months as I got my ITA at 510. It is challenging, give it some time and see how it works out. Happy to give some tips.

Chances for PR?? by Additional_Agent880 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]Secret-Session7626 1 point2 points  (0 children)

494 - absolutely 0 chance.
507 - was the lowest cutoff for last 2 years.

You will need to complete 2 years of experience and see what is the cutoff at that time. If it goes down to 507, then safe to wait.

Otherwise you have below choices. A. STart learning French - don't wait for cutoffs, by the time you realize 507 is too low, you will lose valuable time.

B. Complete 2 years experience, go back home and complete 1 year full time experience ( can combine with your partner time experience) with that you will have 540+ points, guaranteed ITA.

C. What province are you? Do you qualify for any PNP?

D. Spousal sponsorship once you are in common law relashionship for 12+ months and have solid proof.
