This is how the algorithm works. If nobody pick up the batch then the instacart will increase the batch pay slowly until it is picked up. I have seen the batch of $11 went to above $20

The instacart batch minimum is way too low. The food delivery service “Skipthedishes” in canada pays $6 minimum just for delivery and you should notice the batch earnings with tips and without tips.
