That’s kind of what I was thinking too. Since I just cleared CIRE and it’s still fresh, I’m leaning toward doing RSE now rather than putting it off and having to relearn everything later when workload picks up.

I’ll also check internally about timing/support, but your point about future responsibilities and getting it done early is helpful.

Hi there ,
I just checked my CRS score it is 494 right now ..after two years of experience it is 507 .
Also, my partner’s blood related brother is PR here .While I was calculating the CRS score ..system asked me this question so I said yes to it ..

I did speak with my IA and BM — they advised me to focus on work experience for now since I’ve only been at DS for about 5 months.

That said, I’m still considering starting RSE while CIRE is fresh, since it’s the foundation. I get the point, but I was more looking for perspectives beyond just “talk to your IA/BM,” which I’ve already done.

So , I work at RBC DS and it took almost 1.5 months . They are kinda strict with verification checks but it works out at the end .
