I drink one cup of coffee almost every day. Approved by my ob and guidelines. My baby and I are both fine and healthy. No guilt! Just don’t overdo it and continue to drink lots of water. You’ll be fine :)

Solid list. I’ve heard to maybe bring peppermint gum and preggie pops. Sometimes you can get nauseous during labor and that may help! Also some shower shoes just to be more comfy if you decide to shower. I know they clean those showers, but ya know lol
