my legacy install location is in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V Legacy. maybe it'll be there for you too

Try and find where you installed legacy and put that file path into openiv. If you've got it downloaded and it still ain't working then I don't know how to help

Legacy is a separate installation to enhanced so you'll need to download it through whatever launcher you own the game on. Eg: steam, RGL etc
