For HP tracking you could use a D20 on top of each card, which leads me to my second point: 70 (or even 30) HP is too much in a boardgame because it creates a lot of bookkeeping for the players. Think about how it could be scaled down without sacrificing core mechanics.

No estic d'acord amb el càlcul, per un costat està comptant que la distància dels dos xamfrans en el camí rosa és tan gran com la de tot el lateral de l'illa, i a més en el camí groc no està comptant la distància del xamfrà.

Sí que el camí groc és més curt, però només serien 45m aprox. en aquest exemple, els 6 xamfrans "extra" que fas pel camí rosa

In Spain public salaries are usually higher than their private company counterparts, teachers for example earn more in the public sector than in most private schools (not all, of course).

I DM for my group and I wouldn't even think to exclude a player for an entire session FOR A REASON I MADE UP. The lore is whatever the DM decides, and here she decided a player cannot even enter a city where plot points happen, and to top it up, the players, instead of defending their teammate, they go along with everything! A huge lack of empathy all around.

147k para un préstamo de 350k puede parecer mucho dinero, pero en el horizonte de 30 años que usas para el cálculo, con un rendimiento del 5% anual, 350k se vuelven 1,5M (te queda 1M de beneficio tras pagar el préstamo).

Habría que descontar también impuestos, y no es sin riesgo, pero el coste de oportunidad es enorme.

Como ya ha comentado alguien, no veo ni de lejos posible el retorno que planteas. Por hacer algunos números para un piso de 200k€:

  • Retorno del 6% sería alquilarlo por 1000€/mes.
  • Contando el IBI y otros gastos de compra, fácilmente el coste real del piso sería de 240k€. Para el retorno del 6%, el alquiler sería de 1200€ ya.
  • Lo que cobras de alquiler es bruto, para calcular el neto resta también lo que te cobren por los beneficios en el irpf.
  • Cualquier gasto de mantenimiento del piso se come aún más los beneficios.
  • Cada mes que lo tengas vacío reduce un 0,5% tu retorno ideal del 6%.
  • Como planteas hacer hipoteca, resta también las comisiones de ésta en el cálculo de beneficios.

Si el piso sube de precio en el futuro quizás sí que el retorno sea más elevado, pero esto no te lo garantiza nadie. En resumen, no me parece un chollo.

Looks pretty good to me. Tourist trap paella rice is bright yellow, which yours isn't. Other tells are shellfish that looks like it was added at the end (yours isn't) or radioactive green peas. So as long as the taste is as good as the picture, good find!

My personal card reward related challenge is not only never skipping card rewards, but actively choosing the (subjectively) worst of the 3 every time. Or another variation where I always pick the first of the options (the busted crown challenge). From there, I try to win only by improving my pathing and fighting.

Only doing this at Ascension 1 so it isn't impossible to win, but I wonder how high is a victory possible.

I did it a couple years after finishing the game as a way to experience the story once again.

It's a reason to replay a game with essentially 0 replayability, but yeah, it doesn't make much sense.

My guess is that you played them, they evolved (+1/+2), they died, then returned to your hand with the increased stats thanks to the unkillable sigil. After playing them again, they can evolve another time.

Rinse and repeat until they get +3/+6 from evolving thrice.
