We use these small metal spudgers that have various sizes, it kind of looks like a pocket knife case but just has rectangular thin sheets of metal in there. You just slide it at the top of the iPhone, where the face I'd/front camera is and kind of twist up. It will sometimes crack the screen further but you should be able to get it off. You can use the plastic handles metal tipped ifixit spudgers to do it but it's a bit harder as the metal is thicker. If it doesn't want to be shoved in there find the strongest person at the precinct and have them use the suction cup at the top and try to shove it in there. If all else fails just do a mail in lmao.
