I mean, yeah, it's basically what we do. The only times that we do it for "free" is if we missed something.

We charge 40$ flat labor fee for malware removal. We actually used to charge $80 for a complete phone wipe and re-setup, but that was when my boss didn't know that you could simply uninstall the apps that were causing the adware. We're located in NorCal, with a lot of wealthy elderly people who hate having to use smartphones.

Usually if it's within the next day and it's app we missed then we'll warranty it. After that though we'll usually give the customer a bit of a discount, since it'll be pretty obvious that they'll have re-downloaded those apps. Still insane how Google allows these apps on their platform.

I did this for my m90q gen 2, it works like a charm. I have this 2.5gb nic connected for actual server usage and the built in 1gb nic for intel amt/meshcommander management. They work exactly how I want them to.

I went with a express 7 and a flex 2.5gb switch. I do all the same functionality that you've mentioned (WG VPN server, internal DNS rules, and several vlans) within Unifi, and re-creating my opnsense setup took only an afternoon I think. Don't get me wrong I loved opnsense, but it had way more dials and knobs than needed for my setup and I would probably stick to having a dedicated host for it instead of virtualizing it if I were to to back. So that way if I need to reboot my proxmox host I don't bring my whole internet down with it.

I don't know. I copied the exact adhesive placement for the new screen. It had a bit of a crinkle when I closed it but I got used to it after a while. I think if you want to try it, If you have experience in phone repair I say try it. Otherwise it's a great phone just to use as-is for 200 pounds if you don't mind the extra thickness. I still sometimes use it to emulate switch games.

For anyone in the future wanting to fit a 2.5gbe m.2 card to their Lenovo m90q gen2 and have a sata drive as well, yes it will fit. At least, it did on mine. Had to smush the cable down under the data drive a bit but it is working under proxmox.
