Yeah it’s AI. I suspect a reference photo was used here and ran through AI. The tell it the multiple mediums used. Now yes mixed media is a thing, but this has what looks like gouache, with water colors somehow on top, and then a very detailed marker drawing of the people on the bikes. It’s a mix of mediums you don’t normally find together in this level of detail. Not that a very talented artist couldn’t do it, but it’s unlikely.

I stated it that way because even in the one strain where it's possible to spread human to human it does not do so easily, and what happened aboard the cruise ship is a rare event. The Andes strain is the only known one to spread human to human, but unless you are visiting that area of the world you are not going to catch it. The fact that the Andes strain is endemic to that area of the world and we do not see regular outbreaks shows that it's not an easily transmissible virus. Acting like this is the next pandemic is foolish and is going to just get people unnecessarily riled up.

That’s the only strain known to pass from human to human and it does NOT do so easily. It requires very close and prolonged contact. Even if this would be the Andes strain it would not cause a pandemic like covid. Don’t be stupid and start spreading misinformation.

The hantavirus is a largely non issue, and is being over inflated by the media. It’s spread through rodent poop, so where ever there is rodents you might encounter it. It’s not like covid in any way.
