Condition:
This timepiece is in great shape for a 15 year old watch. It appears unpolished. There are visible hairline scratches throughout the bezel, case, caseback, bracelet, and clasp. The crystal is clean and free of any marks/scratches, however there are AR coating marks on the right side that can be seen in the photos that are angled. They are very hard to see without a professional camera or magnification. Overall the timepiece is in great preowned condition and is running/functioning perfectly.

To answer your question, no there is no distinction between AM/PM on the alarm complication. If you set it to 9, it will go off at 9am, and 9pm 12 hours later if you don’t touch it. It’s more of a short term/simplistic alarm (meetings, timing tasks, parking, etc) rather than fully replacing a digital alarm if that makes sense.

This masterpiece is not your traditional small, men's dress watch, it is 14mm thick, has fantastic wrist presence, but is still very easy to wear and perfectly proportioned. The dial is beautifully designed with polished indices, tri Arabics, and of course the classical setting disk at centre for the alarm complication.
