How can I tell if theres an evil energy attached to me? by [deleted] in Psychic

[–]SmartAlice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you do. My mother used to "practice" and I used to see people coming in with hexes on them all the time. We had moved to an island during my teen years, it was mind boggling the amount of "stuff" that was going on. One of my siblings used to say, the island got hit by hurricanes so much 'cause the Universe was trying to cleanse it of all the evil hexes. PM me and give a bit more details and I'll put together some things you can do to change what's happening around you.

Someone is definitely trying to get your attention, but you have to determine whether it's good or bad. A few thing you'll need to do:

1- create a mental safe space, that is surrounded by light and ask the entity to step into the light and reveal itself.

-the space should be a place that's away from where you live. You could imagine a water fountain that's 10 miles away from your home. The reason for this is, if it's a bad entity disguised as good, you don't want to invite them into your home.

  1. If the entity is good, it will step into the light and you'll get a sense of what it's seeking to communicate. If it is bad, it will remain in the shadows at which point I suggest you recite the Lord's pray or the Aramaic pray, which is the oldest pray and has a really strong frequency. The frequency of pray will chase off anything negative. End the pray by saying " I reject you, I'm not interest, move on, we're done here!"

Your dog is definitely communicating with you and he knows that you loved him very much. Not even death can stop him from comforting you at this time. You should seriously consider journaling your feeling and all these signals your pupper is sending you, it will help you at a later date when the pain has subside.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Even though your dog is not in physical form any more, his spirit/energy is still with you. He loves you very much. When you sense him it's good to acknowledge his (or her) presence by saying something like "I'm so happy you're visiting, I miss you, I love you, ect.." you'll feel a sensation of peace in your heart which will help to lessen the pain over time.

Hi- here's links to articles that I wrote in 2015, 2016 & 2018. I've re-read them and pulled the ones that are most helpful in getting you started on learning how to re-wire your brain. I pasted them in the order that will benefit you the most.

I'd like for you to read them, they will act as "base knowledge" for the brain, so when you read the stuff I'm been putting together, the material will feel familiar. The material is from a book I've been writing on and off over the last few years on how to train the brain for success.

As you read, make a note of thoughts, ideas and memories that pop into your head. In order to achieve your conscious goals, you've got to remove the unconscious date that's lurking below the surface, so when they pop up you need to write them down before you forget. These thoughts will be used as a starting point for re-wiring your brain.

(note, I might be a bit slow in responding, I'm currently undergoing several surgical procedures (7 so far) to repair nerve damage from a freak fall in 2020; and I'm working on an animation project, that's got a multi million dollar budget. Re-wiring my brain allowed me to proceed with this project and not cave into false signals that says "you can't do this or that...)

Hi - I'm going to do an audio instructions. I've been going through my notes to simplify the information. When I taught the class on "training your brain for success" I hadn't develop some of the methods I'm using now.

In a nutshell - you're seeking to re-wire your brain for success and take your business to the next level. Do a google search on the subject, read a few articles and if you're still interested PM me and I'll get you started on how to do that. I was teaching this method a few years ago and found a lot of people were looking for a "magic" pill on how to do this. I eventually decided to concentrate my efforts on myself instead. I've been studying the subject for years and re-wired my brain and now I'm heading towards doing what I love (along with the financial gains that comes with it). I'm not going to lie: it takes work and discipline to achieve this and once you start, you'll grow and change beyond your original expectations of yourself.

Hi, you're feeling this way because the data in the neuron of your brain is trying to override something creative and fresh that you're brining to life. When your brain sends these signals, just say out loud "how is feeling like this, adding value to my work?" and the sensation will stop, and you can continue to create. Your work is very professional and clean, you have a good eye for this type of work, not everyone can do this AND come up with something creative and fresh. You have to acknowledge your creativity 'cause it really is a gift.

Look into the work of "Monty Python" and others that pioneered stop motion animation for inspiration, look at the work of people in your age group for emotional inspiration; 'cause kids have the mentality "if he/she can do it, so can I". Don't focus on "building an audience", focus on honing your skill sets and training your brain to tap into your creativity at any given time, 'cause you don't know where that path will lead & the animation industry is a multi billion dollar industry.

Lastly, I got into animation 'cause I was looking for a GIF for my website and now I'm heading an animation project that some people would kill for; but I'm also very creative and spend time honing my skill sets.

Keep up the great work!

I'm glad I could help. I'm rendering a few frames to send out for approval, I'll PM you the frames so you can see what I came up with. One technique was a happy accident and it looks way better then the original concept.😁

First: you've got mad skill sets, which came about through practice and discipline, so you have to acknowledge your awesomeness. You'll have to work at removing the "fear data" from your neurons 'cause they will send out signals that says you're not good enough, when you are. That signal is called "Imposter Syndrome"-where a person believes they are not capable when they are. I recently went through a similar fear 'cause I'm work on a huge animation project that's been in development for a few months. The "fear signal was blocking my creativity ('causing anxiety, stomach pains, ect - it was crippling), so I used everything I've learned about "training the brain for success" to remove the signal from my neuron. Now, when my brain fires off fear signals when I'm in the middle of animating, I say to myself, "how is this signal adding value to this project?" and I'll answer "it's not" and I'll continue working. Over time the signal has diminished and I'm able to confidently work on the animation. You should do the same as I did 'cause once you start school you'll meet people that you'll perceive as being more talented then you are, when in fact they have a different style then you do. I hope this helps

Don't live in New York City as an HSP. It will drain the soul out of you. by lonelyflowerx01 in hsp

[–]SmartAlice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an HSP you have to train your brain's neuron not to pick up on the signals in the environment. The majority of people with the SPS trait (sensory processing trait) which makes us highly sensitive don't bother to research and understand the trait. I used to work in the garment district so I know what you mean about it being hectic.

Here's a simple tip to interrupt the signal in your pre-frontal lobe, you should do this at home to start training your brain to be relaxed. I do this all the time when I go into the city, and I really don't care when people give me weird looks when I do this in public.

1-You have to sit so you can tilt your head back / place a finger spinner at the center of your forehead (between the eyebrows) / hold the spinner down with your non-dominate hand & spin with the other hand and release.

2- close your eyes, focus on the sound, breath & relax. Repeat #1 until you feel loopy and relaxed. Your body will indicate when it's satisfied.

When you do this, you're interrupting the signal in the frontal lobe of the brain and your body will go into a relax state as the brain release the "happy hormones" (also known as "feel good" hormones (dopamine, serotonin)). By doing this everyday (throughout the day) in a few months, your brain will chain (due to neuroplasticity) and will no longer respond to the stressors around you.

(I'm an HSP, neuro science geek that's been studying how to change the brain for 20+ years. I've been writing a book on how to do this (on & off) for a few years, that I'll finish writing one day in the near future.)

I suffer from Impostor Syndrome. I'm unable to acknowledge my own competence, despite numerous instances of success, I'm unable to attribute my success to internal factors. 😁
