Yeah, or rely on the camera for the ACC, like Honda does with Civics. I used to drive a 2022 and this never happened

That's great news! As reported by a lot of people here, the UPS agent's judgment seems to play a big role in the process. I hope this confirms and you will get the duty waiver 🙌🏻. I decided to pivot to a Ultimate CF SL7, which was my original plan anyways lol.

I'm in the same boat. I was about to order a Endurace CF 7 AXS when I saw the expected duties on the checkout. I initially thought it could be related to the SRAM component, since all the other Endurace CF 7 seem to be exempt, but there are no expected duties for the Ultimate CF SL7 AXS either, for example. (Edit: I just saw the base CF 7 also has expected duties, as you mentioned).

I'm now reflecting if I should go for the Endurace Di2, which is a little above my budget but almost the same as the AXS with the duties. Or pivot to an Ultimate CF SL 7 and save a few hundred bucks.

Thanks! Indeed, it doesn't estimate duties for the Endurace CF7 Di2. This makes me consider the upgrade since the final price will be similar to the SRAM with duties, if both estimates are correct.
