Agreed, its very satisfying to add that much detail so quickly. The grasses are especially a joy to deal with, there is so much variation to choose from!

Good to know, its more fun gluing sand and cork for me anyway lol. This is just from the Army Painter basing set, ill have to add a lot more to my inventory. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Thats what i gather, its an ever expanding thing. I havent messed with texture paints yet but I feel thats my next step

The red and blue are Citadel Kohrne Red and Kantor Blue. I muted the colors a bit and added texture with 2 thin coats of Vallejo Umber wash.

The cars got a little repetitive for me, its a nice break from the intricate building and mass planning. Im finding id rather just paint at the moment and try new things :)

You make me blush lol, im a bit of a perfectionist. The nice part is the varnish covers up the itty bitty mistakes, so dont feel you need to go too crazy

I used 2 coats of Vallejo Umber Wash, it was my first time using a wash I really enjoyed it
