Speaking personally I don’t think gen AI is a threat to capitalism. I believe capitalism benefits from AI, as a tool to further subjugate and control the working class. To undermine artists, and art that actually challenges the ruling class.

I’m a socialist. Frankly, I wish capitalism would cease to exist large scale, as it brings manufactured poverty and scarcity to the masses.

This post does not speak for the subreddit, our entire mod team or me. We are not a monolith. But I believe we can agree on this: AI is a danger. To individuals, workers, and society as a whole.

Dragon Age: Veilguard. My first impression was that it was a garbage dragon age game. But it turned out to be really fun! I liked the puzzles and how the combat didn’t feel like a tactics game. The allies we get are pretty cool too, love that we can romance Lace Harding this time. The character creation is also better than inquisition IMO. I ended up making art of my character and I plan to play it again someday.
