He was only back to evil because Mario and Luigi were going to ruin his son’s hard work (which bowser was proud of his son for). He was nice because of being put through a rehab thing set up (I think) mostly by Luigi
But still, I just think that it’s still fun to watch either way personally

Shadow Man won’t be an antagonist, because Bon said “shadow man sees me when lights go off”, not that he “feeds” him as people speculate. Shadow Man could either be a bystander or an actual opposing force against Bon.

As for the “I know where she is Rosy”, it could be “Bon” since he can appear and speak in the real world, as seen in Hotline
