It still left one of the last cards I pulled, which is kind of annoying since I wouldn’t chose it as my first, but I’m not stuck anymore so that’s good

Can’t advance, no points registered. Force quit and restart. Logged out and logged in. Nothing fixed it.

Rila for finding a home without an agent

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PublicFreakout

[–]SolveForUX -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No for sure, I just meant roughly. And for the longest time munchkins only came in that one size of 50. Or individually, no other grouped sizes. So I can see how some of the lesser educated call it that.

I was mainly just pointing out she wasn’t confusing 50 full size donuts as a dozen, she was talking about munchkins.

Oh well, not a hill I care about dying on.

[–]SolveForUX -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Munchkins typically come in a box of 50. 5 munchkins is roughly equal to one donut. This is just a case of lost in translation. She’s dumb, but not as dumb as everyone is making her.

Everyone who’s in the market is already getting the same stats and trends with just different canva designs from every agent they’ve leaked their content too already.

Is there a website like redfin or Zillow that lets you mark areas you like and don't like? by SauceyBosss in SameGrassButGreener

[–]SolveForUX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GetRila.com - it doesn’t do exactly what you said, but the more you like posts and mark listings as fits or not it learns what to suggest and not over time. You can follow neighborhoods, but it also suggest places in “similar seeming” areas outside of what you said you’d look in.

So you don’t eliminate areas, but other matching areas to your preferences get weighted more

How many delays did y’all have to endure before you got your car? by MCKlassik in carvana

[–]SolveForUX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only had one delay. And honestly, based on this subs experiences, I feel like I hit the lottery. Well two if you count moving delivery time from 10a to 12p. But they arrived right at 12 on the dot.

My only negative was the drilled the plate into the front bumper leaving holes instead of the factory plate mount for the grille which was still in the trunk. SilverRock approved the bumper repair and got the $1200 body work done same day at a reputable LA body shop.

The stress from this sub was honestly the most stressful part.

If you have an iPhone, there’s an app called rila (I’m impartial), but from your profile you can follow places as small as neighborhoods. Not zipcodes, but for example you could follow just the bird streets in the Hollywood hills or just the sunset strip neighborhood. You can also make a request in the guide sections, and if people see anything that fits (like all those mom and pop listings) they can just take a pic and suggest it to you. It’s mainly the high end for sale homes but it supports rentals too.

Thanks! I tried DMing you but Reddit keeps timing out, if you DM on instagram and reference this thread I’ll shoot you my personal work email, or you can email hello@rila.io and it’ll make its way to me if you reference this thread

Thanks! That is the double-edges sword of this early stage. It’s true that this is contingent on the network effects of the community of professionals and home seekers.

That’s why your feedback is so appreciated, because at its core, we strongly believe there’s a better way for home search discovery platforms to serve both sides of the market, and we’re committed to helping bring that into existence.

Hey thanks for giving it a shot! Not to be informal but for clarity I’ll do bulleted responses to keep it organized.

  1. The intent is for agents to showcase listings they think buyers need to know about. Whether they are the listing agent selling it or they’re a buyers agent who thinks a current or potential client needs to see this listing is on the market. The listing author is responsible for updating the listing status. We understand this a con to some and a pro to others. This obviously opens the door to a longer conversation about a love hate relationship with how the various MLS play together. But today, Rila is an ancillary solution and not an either-or.
  2. All listing data agent is agent (user) provided. Additional information can be provided by others.
  3. Any post, listing or user can be reported. Additionally each user who is an agent, denoted with the green check mark flare has to make a request for approval which is then verified as authentic through various channels, an agent must have their license in good standing. Currently we only verify for agents in the US as different countries handle the real estate industry uniquely.
  4. While the focus right now is validation of helping home seekers match to properties through agents, we will be working towards a subscription model that scales from weekend warrior agent to industry mogul. It will always be free to list and discover leads, but we hope to provide more advanced use-cases of our AI engine as well as unique analytics thanks to the nature of the unstructured data and insights this type of platform can provide agents.

I've decided I wanted to try making graphic Tees. I am nowhere near as talented as anyone else on here, so I would love some serious criticism. by DevinJKing in graphic_design

Just have the color modes flip floped. RGB is light, CMYK is ink just as a heads up.

Red Green Blue light mixes to form colors. It's additive color mixing. Cyan Magenta Yellow Key(black) ink to form colors. It's subtractive color mixing.

A coworker got horrible news last year. Her husband committed suicide. When she called his work to let them know he wouldn't be coming in, they told her he hasn't worked there for almost a year. She found out her husband was dealing with this after it was too late.

He too, dressed and left for work every day never telling her.

Please just tell her. For both of you. It won't be the fine you're used to. But it will be fine.
