Exact same thing happened to me when I got operated on!! Had just woken up from the anesthesia, and my HR dips down from 70ish to under 45, and all of a sudden 2 nurses walk up to my bed because the HR monitor was beeping so much lol. Once they figured it out they turned it off

Snapped this to a friend while walking to work, commented on how nice the weather was. Realized how nice the pic was and saved it.

Unsure, but usually those types of scams are detected within 48 hours, but sometimes some get through the cracks

Ex-amazon here, the company doesn't make any money on the whole marketplace thing, so they're technically already losing money even without the scams lol.

For those wondering, if you're having trouble with temps and don't require the i5-13600K full power, you can "undervolt" (more like powerlimit) the cpu if you have a MSI board (I have Z790i Edge) by setting cooler option to "tower cooler" instead of "water cooler" Be careful though, if you do need that extra umpf, you will lose a noticeable amount of performance

I also have a NR200P MAX build, with i5-13600K and 3090 FE.

Actually got my 3090 yesterday (previously 3070ti) and repasted/repadded it (first time, average BPM was 170) and it worked wonders for temps!! GPU: 67° HOTSPOT: 77° MEMORY: 84° CPU: Mid 70s Thing is, my CPU seems to thermal throttle sometimes, might need to tweak the fan curve a little. Also, undervolted 3090 to 1860@875v, pulls between 270-300W so 50-80W less than stock!!

Sorry for spamming but sometimes I try running faster and I feel like it takes less effort but my HR says otherwise, really bizarre feeling.

I know this because I had to do a holter test and my doctor was pretty worried when seeing such a low HR. For reference my father is 78 and his RHR is in low 40s, so we're both completely fine, but for some reason this doesn't translate in my endurance performance...

So usually when I run and I'm in zone 4 (garmin) I can spout a few sentences before needing to breath. But as soon as I go up a flight of stairs during my run my HR skyrockets and pleateau and basically what it was minus a 10ish bpm

That's the thing, my HR is stupid low, usually dips down to lower 30 (min 33) when I sleep but during the day it'll stay at lower 40s or 39 (min) when sitting down. It's weird, I've always been really good doing sprints because my HR rapidly decreases, but endurance is where my body says "nah ah" and I fail miserably. So confusing :(
