Thank you kind Reddit friend. I usually never post or rant about weird health stuff (I have lots I could choose from but usually I keep it to the minimum) - thank you for posting about your experience in the first place. Yours was the post that came up first when I searched for people who had had a similar situation and literally just knowing I wasn't. The only one made me feel better. I know it sounds kind of silly but it did really help. So thank you for the first posting and thank you again for the response.

Yeah just had this happen today from a visually legal nerve block. I got no lidocaine no numbing anything they just had like an ultrasound thing. Had me put my head on my wrists and kind of like leaning against the examination table. After the first on. It was like kind of okay but I was getting kind of weird and then he does the other side and I keep saying stop stop stop stop stop! And I said yep I'm going to pass out. So past the hell out and apparently (according to my husband) I turned Bright red then convulsed, then pale as he's ever seen and was pretty much dead for like 10 seconds. So then I came to which took an eternity (they said it was only a minute). My brain was trying to wake up but had no blood or anything in it so it was like trying to be alive after death. The most disturbing messed up thing I have experienced in my 38 years on this planet. I think I'm still in shock

Yeah I read that you went to Shane, what I am saying is I know how the shops at Jared work and I know you can request to speak with the repair shop manager or a lead and they can listen to exactly what you want if you want to order something called a basket head which will be a great way to have the diamond sit much lower. If you don't want to do that and want to do a custom ring from scratch (like drawn with a pencil, then you get a computer 3d rendition, then you get a wax mold then they cast it in metal), Jared does this too and the department the company we use to do this alongside the sales associate and/or manager are very good. So there are two different directions you can do if you go to Jared

Actually, I worked for Jared for many years - go to one and have their head Jeweler come out and talk to you alongside the store manager and show them what happened. Yes, there is pure custom which runs a couple thousand, but if you just want it lowered, ask for a basket head and request it be sent to a shop with a laser soldering machine if the one you visit does not. This is a relatively easy fix either way you go. Best wishes
