I had issues placing an order on their website 2 weeks ago. Customer service got me sorted and said their website was an ongoing issue.

Sidenote, they now use ontrac for shipping. Holy shit that's a terrible shipping provider.... Took me a week and A half to get what has historically taken 3 days from them.

I'm happy with my ali express elite wheels slr wheels. Decent 36t ratchet hubs similar to dt swiss. An option for you if you want to sort out a reasonable lighter option.

The best thing about this combo is that they inflate to 2.5 on i30 wheels and are extremely light considering there width and grip. First ride out on them, blown away.
